Your staff is fantastic! A member of your team, Philip, has amazing customer service. He went above and beyond what I expected in terms of providing personal care to the needs of my family. He was not only helpful and friendly, but through his actions he displayed his willingness to assist us. It is because of Philip, we left with a great impression of your restaurant. He even recognize us during future visits, took the time to welcome us back, and asked us how we were doing. His positive attitude made the interaction very personal. Keep up the great work!
It was wonderful! All the food was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the lighter breading on the chicken fingers. Two things up from me. :)
Zaxby's chicken and zalads are always fresh and crisp, the eating area is clean and service is quick and accurate. I highly recommend Zaxby's.

By far my favorite fast food restaurant. If I had them in my home state I would only go there. If I ever see a Zaxbys I pretty much am obligated to eat there.
