Been visiting my neighborhood Applebees for the last 5 years and the food has always been great with professional staff and short wait times. My family really enjoys eating at Applebees. Also, I used the carside to go . Great service.
Had the new dollar drinks. You get what you pay for, they are terrible. Bartender was nice but don't tell him your business, we heard every detail about every customer he'd ever had. Food was great.
Worse service I have ever had. My server did not know the menu. After she took my order I went to another table , got a menu and found that the food I had ordered could be paired with a soup with a reduced charge. I brought that to her attention and told her I wanted the chicken tortilla soup. She brought me French onion soup. Asked her what kind of soup that was and she said French onion. Told her that was not what I had ordered. She left and came back to tell me all the chicken tortilla soup was froze and it would take time to thaw it out. I love Applebee's but servers should be more familiar with the menu.
Won't be back. Management was so rude to us, the food was terrible- steaks were dry and so chewy, croutons gagged of perfume rose scent, had to beg the waitress multiple times for refills, appetizers came out very late and basically same time as food and as we were paying the manager took away the Ziosk before we could give feedback.
They have to be loosing money! Horrible experience we left before even getting our food. And it was on the house because our last experience was so bad I had to contact corporate. They said next time they would take care of us. Good 19 min to get all the drinks out. Had to ask for a server at waiting. They had no lids for kids cups. We asked to get the kids meals out as soon as possible. It took 25 min for my dinner salad and when it came out served said our food was in the window. After waiting half an hour we got coats on and waited for the manager who is asked for at least 5 min before. When she finally came out of kitchen she I checked the time again and it had been 35 min since we had ordered. And that was after being told she'd take care of us and we'd have a good experience this time. A table that came in at least ten min after received there food and were finished eating and ours had still not come out. It's one thing for them to drop the ball once but a second time knowing you'd had a bad experience is ridicules! I hope the owner starts some serious retraining or shuts the place down. It's a disgrace to the name abblebees.
