Canes is my favorite fast food restaurant.
Oh, and they were out of cut lemons for an ice tea because "we are closing soon". (it was 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon.)
The finest fast food chicken - period! Unsurpassed flavor and tenderness. This chicken doesn’t need to be hidden with multiple sauce choices. It stands alone on its own. The toast is addictive! Great staff. Very active and supportive in our community.
We will not return unless it is just for some lemonade.
I’ve not had one complaint, and they accommodate my customer demands.

The lemonade is very good. There is a LOT of meat on the chicken fingers. However, we were not a fan of the thin, bland, quickly soggy breading on the chicken. Fries were so-so. We were shocked at the tiny menu selection, but I guess that's their "thing". I mean coleslaw & fries are the ONLY side choice.
So if you have never been here, let me warn you. It only serves chicken fingers. They are cooked to perfection but that’s it. They serve it with crinkle cut fries,and coleslaw. I’m not a big fan of coleslaw but the fries were good but soggy. I gave it a four star because of the service. I’m not sure if the girl was training or what but she seemed not very bright. I originally ordered 4 boxes with kids lemonade but then I saw the kids meals and would have saved me 9 dollars. So I changed it to one box and 3 kids meals. Well that blew her mind. I was there for 5 minutes going back and fourth with my order. No I don’t want the original order I want the new order. Ugh. So anyway other then that it was good. But it was expensive. Let me put it in perspective you get 4 chicken fingers, a hand full of fries and a small 3oz cup of coleslaw for $7. Oh and a side of their sauce. Good but not 7 dollars good.
Although the menu is small, the chicken and the sauce are excellent! I'm not much of a fried chicken guy, but I really enjoyed it here. Super tender! Good atmosphere, friendly staff.
