The food is overpriced for the amount they give you. However it's pretty tasty.
The service was great and the food was delicious. They had a sampler plate that was good and the gyro was awesome. They use lamb and beef and unlike other places you get big chunks of meat rather than thin slices of meat.. for my wife and I this is an eat again.
The food is amazing! It's so nice to finally have a fresh Mediterranean option on this side of town. Just from going in so often I have observed the staff through many encounters with customers and they are friendly, professional and competent. I found out the owner also owns Emilias on Dickson and the food is amazing there too, just more upscale. But, the best part of Meez and Kini is their DOLMAS!!!
I walked into this place and the owner was yelling at a young guy and girl working for him. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. He was degrading and angry without any concern for customers overhearing. I would have quit on the spot. He is a jerk and acted without any regard for others. I felt terrible for his staff. Publicly humiliating your staff is idiotic.
The food was so good. I wanted to stay and eat all night! The salmon dishes, lamb dishes, and pizzas were my favorite. I will definitely be back there soon. Hard to pick just one thing to eat so try them all. You will be glad you did. So fresh and yummy!
Delicious! The hummus is amazing and the pita is soft. The grilled salmon is good, and the lamb was cooked well - not overdone, but soft and flavorful. Will definitely go back!
