Something I really love about it too...: Their fried rice is probably made fresh and not stale since I get the rare clump of perfectly cooked steamed rice. You don't have to make it go stale to get delicious fried rice!
They take a little bit of time, but that's because they make everything fresh. The food is delicious and plentiful. I'd recommend it to everyone.

I've been eating from this food truck for about a year now every so often. It is hands-down some of the best food you can possibly get in the area and it's extremely consistent as well. The portions are incredible - basically what you'd get from a Portland food pod and then some.

Ying Chang's truck is hands down the best Chinese in Northwest Arkansas! Always fresh, flavorful, and friendly! I highly favor the chicken fried rice and egg roll (4 per order). Their crab rangoons are incredible, and their hot sauce really brings out the already stellar flavor of the food. To me, the best part is knowing the family buys local, cooks every order fresh, and truly enjoys cooking for people. A word to the wise, call ahead, or be prepared to wait if it's after 4pm; they really are that popular!
It's all seasoned extremely well, the hot sauce is super tasty, and the owners (while difficult to understand) are pretty nice when I try and strike up conversation with them. Be sure to call in your order well ahead of time though, as it can be a bit of a wait. Totally worth it though. It's really incredible and I'll be eating here for as long as it's open. I love this place!
