Pretty simple order, I thought. Ordered a Texas sausage, egg and cheese melt(hashbrown included). Asked for "smothered" which means sauted onions on top of the hashbrown. They brought me a Texas bacon, egg and cheese melt. Easy mistake(if you're just not listening to your customer).But also, they forgot the smothered part of the hashbrown. Called them out on both things. They gave me the sausage for the sandwich which was cool. But then gave me raw diced onions for my "smothered" part of the deal. Are you kidding me?? This might not sound like a big deal, but come on! How hard is your job?? Some real simple stuff right? I PAYED FOR THAT. If you go there, check your food. That is all. Thank you for your time.
