One star because there was no option for zero. Terrible service. Over an hour wait for two pizzas while i watched at least 18 to go pizzas made. Total waste of time. By then who cares about how it tastes.
I REALLY want so much to love this place. They are within convenient distance of our home. The food, while certainly not the best pizza in NWA, is decent and reasonably priced. And the service also is usually good. The Tuesday night 1/2-price pizza is one of the best deals in the area. But they are very inconsistent with the quality that comes out of the kitchen. We go in almost every Tuesday night... our experience has become a bit of a crapshoot within the past few months. I think my wife described it very well tonight after our pizza crust was so soggy you couldn't even lift a piece without using multiple hands: "It is about a 50/50 chance on the food quality and service here on Tuesdays, but it is half price, so that sort of balances out?" And though those numbers are fairly accurate, I'm not good with that from a customer's perspective. That being said, while our food tonight was terrible, our server was good. So yep, about 50/50... But I'm still only giving 2 stars because I really want them to be so much better than that. C'mon, Grub!
It took 35+ to even get my tea then she cane back 40 minutes later to take our order. This in rages me! She also had a very rude tone while taking my order! The food tasted like rubber, I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant.dont recommended if on a tight schedule. While theee where waiters just waiting around day dream while I’m over here starving. It’s been an hour since I have been here and all we have are drinks!
Great pizza, friendly staff. Good place for kids and large groups.
Not that many Chicago style pizza places in this area. And other places that offer deep dish, is not real deep dish. Gusano's may have a funny name, but the food is definitely very good and the service is excellent. Worth every penny!!
