I go here because it's close to home, full bar, and the food is mostly okay. Pricey, and sometimes the food or staff are not the best around. There are a couple bartenders that make up for the rest, but a lot of college kids that mostly don't really care and just need a quick buck. Don't go when there are games unless you like big crowds and bad service
I called to see if I could get the ingredients of a drink they serve because I live out of state. The person who answered was going to have the bartender speak with me and when she passed the phone to the bartender, they hung up on me. I tried calling back, letting the phone ring for quite some time, they picked up and immediately hung up on me again. Very rude! All they needed to do was tell me they were not going to share the information.
It is so few and far between that you get such stellar customer service but the staff here went above and beyond. They helped two strangers that weren't from their state to share an anniversary when they could not be in the same place.
I'm eternally grateful and will never forget them for this.
The menu is basic (it is a burger and wing place), but they do it well. 50 sauces for the wings. They get really creative. The wings were a good size and not overcooked. Service is very friendly and attentive.
I spoke with Tanya the manager who was all too happy to assist me in my shenanigans. Not only did we make sure that the bartender was aware (thank you Claire) but she actually sent me a picture of the surprise event.
The staff here is exceptional. I'm currently in Baltimore but my better half is in Arkansas for a week. It just happened to be our 5 year anniversary yesterday and I can't travel because I'm 9 months pregnant. I called the restaurant the day before yesterday to see if there was anything they could do to help me surprise my love.
Placed an order at 4 today. Got there at 4:15 to pick it up and it wasn’t ready yet. That was fine. What made me so frustrated and angry was that the wait staff never told me why it wasn’t ready. And after seating my self and waiting for over 25 minutes rather than telling me my food was ready and on the counter to be paid for, a waitress had apparently just set it on the bar and never told me. So by the time I got home to eat it, half of it was barely even warm. I’ve been to foghorns multiple times, so I know this isn’t normal. But the fact that not even one person offered an apology really surprised me.
