I love Taco Bell food but I hate what they have done to the restaurant. The seating is terrible. They need to go back to booth and regular safe tables. If I bring in a small child to have lunch and the only tables open are the high ones, I will turn around and eat somewhere else. Also, please go back to calling out numbers. I hate giving my name to the cashier. One time there was a person who ordered with the same name and to our surprise the orders were similar. So to lessen the confusion, number calling is easier and practical.
It is exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell. Be sure you check your order! Occasionally, like any fast food, something gets mixed up. 9/10 they get my complicated and specific order correct but they short me on the sauce (like four packets of sauce for eight items).
Be prepared for a 20+ minute wait in drive through on Friday nights late. Not because it's busy, but because they are always woefully understaffed.
Amazing customer service at this location. They have never been rude or messed up my order. The establishment is always extremely clean and well-managed. As soon as someone leaves, immediately after there is an employee to sanitize their table. Love, love, love this Taco Bell.
Very dissappointed with stores and resturants and how deceptive business are now days. Things should ve what they seem and woth your hardworking money!
