Swift’s is a wonderful jewelry store. The staff is very approachable (and knowledgeable) and will do whatever it takes to accommodate the customer. I have actually only been here twice but each experience exceeded my expections. I had a bezel changed on my Rolex- where other stores suggested I mail it to a Rolex service center for a simple procedure. I also had a clasp fixed on a chain and 2 batteries replaced- all very quick, easy and favorably priced compared to others. When i was waiting i couldn’t help but notice they have a wide assortment of beautiful custom made jewelry and their own brand of watches!
I had a custom basket made for a ruby ring that my husband gave me for our 40th wedding anniversary. Barbara Noe designed the most beautiful and perfect piece that captured the simplicity that I wanted. She was wonderful to work with and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back to Swift’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ms. Barbara for creating a beautiful ring that I will always cherish!
This is by far the most friendly and helpful jewelry store in Fayetteville. I’ve tried a few others around town, but always feel warm, welcome and well-treated at Swift’s. Although they have some absolutely beautiful pieces, I’m just not a huge jewelry person. I typically go there to have my wedding ring cleaned, checked and repaired. Many, many times I’ve walked out not owing a dime and am treated with the same exceptional customer service as others spending thousands. There’s definitely a reason this store has been around for so long!
