While in the market for a new Seiko watch I did a search for authorized dealers on the Seiko website and Perry's was the first one. Upon walking in and talking with everyone I was very happy to start doing business with them. Hoyt and Jordan were my first contacts there and they were very helpful and patient while I was trying on watches and looking for the perfect one. They even let my ten year old watch snob son try on some Rolex watches which made his year. With their help I was able to pick out one of the Seiko Samurais I've had my eye on. I will hopefully buy more in the future.
HPerry Jewelers is the only fine jewelry/jewelry repair store I recommend. They have done great work on my wedding/engagement ring, taken care of my husband’s watches, and made repairs on any kind of simple or inexpensive jewelry we take to them. Every person working there treats with great customer service by always taking time to make me feel welcomed and valued, regardless of why I am in their store. I appreciate their fair pricing practices as well as the education they offer and encourage about jewelry that customers bring to them.
I've been shopping at Perry's for a couple years now and wouldn't go any where else to purchase jewelry. The prices aren't outrageous like some other stores and the customer service is spectacular. I'd highly recommend stopping in any time you need the perfect gift for that special person in your life.
The people here are so welcoming and so friendly!! Other jewelry stores can seem intimidating, but the people at HPerry were so kind, even though I wasn't buying anything really expensive I still got the star treatment. The jewelry selection was incredible- everything was breathtaking, but I got a strand of freshwater pearls, which any girl would be lucky to have. I feel so beautiful and so special, 100% recommend ❤️
I used HPerry Jewelers when shopping for an engagement ring and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience! Kim and the rest of the staff was great on helping me pick out the perfect diamond. I love the fact that when you go in the owner Hoyt is always there and engaging with customers. He and the staff always put a personal touch on every visit and makes you feel like family. What’s even better is that the service doesn’t just stop after your purchase. They make sure to take care of your every need after your purchase as well. I will never use another jeweler!
