Total incompetence! I went in for a simple watch battery change, the manager of the store took my expensive watch charged me for a lifetime warranty on the battery and ended up breaking my watch. Asked to get the battery switched to another watch and he broke that one too! He was totally unapologetic about the whole situation, refused to give me a refund and actually complained to me about how long it took him and his labor cost. Told me he could send the watch away to be fixed for an additional cost. Unbelievably bad customer service by the manager/owner! I've had better luck at Walmart getting batteries changed. Do not waste your time and money here.
Went to Diamond Center looking to buy my wife some nice jewelry for Christmas. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but Stephanie Burns was very helpful, knowledgeable, versed on merchandise. She made my shopping experience very simple, made me feel very comfortable about purchasing the Diamond earrings I decided on. Didn't get the matching necklace, but knowing Stephanie, Jim, all the Diamond Center crew is their to assist me, I'll definitely be purchasing the necklace before Xmas for my wife...
Love love love the Diamond Center!! They are always so helpful and know exactly what you need! I had my wedding band custom made through them and it’s perfect! Everything I asked for and more! I highly recommend!
