This is a great store with an extremely helpful staff. Chris and Evan have both helped me on several different occasions just this past month (cracked glass on my phone and buying my son his first phone). They are easy to talk to, patient and knowledgeable . They stand behind their return policy with no hassles and the turn-around time on repairs is fast!

My screen died on my phone and no one could help me save my pics. We took it to gadget grave and Chris was able to download everything to a thumb drive and even upload it back to my new phone when I received it. They are a lifesaver and even found the cheapest option they could to save the information.
