There was a problem getting my service started because a previous occupant of this address had dsl service here. The representative said that he would try to figure out how to solve this and would call me in a "bit."
If I could give this a zero I would. I walked in and stood to get my name on the list for 15mins before someone came up and asked. Only had 2 employees working the floor. If you have a ton of time to kill this is definitely the place to come.
I went to the store to purchase unlimited data plan for my business,they charge me 40$,my Internet stopped working after 1 week ,I went to the store to see what is the issue they said you have pay extra for the unlimited plan,I told the manager thats what i come for in the first place and I specifically asked ur employee for unlimited data aND that's how much he chathe me,i ended up paying more but guess what I go home ,try to make phone ,they disactivate my phone number,why I don't know even though it's been already paid for unlimited phone calls and text messages since day one.
Very bad customer service.

2) Customer Reps are severely undermanned, indifferent to customer complaints, and suffering from poor morale.
3) I had to physically visit the store (to be told they could not assist me) because their carefully designed phone answering system successfully prevented me from ever speaking to a human, or forwarding me to responsive resource. ... replete with “please wait” & “...currently assisting other customers.”
Two days later and still no call from him. Nobody EVER picks up when I call. It almost seems like they don't really want my business

Devin was WONDERFUL! I was dreading coming in to 1)switch to AT&T 2)get a new phone. He made our experience smooth by answering all of our questions, being very knowledgeable about both the products and service plans, as well as helping port over my number so I could keep it. I'm glad to know that I can return to this location if I need help in the future. Thanks!
1) Skateboarders have taken over the storefront, accompanied w/ boombox. Seems they respond to every new customer arrival with increasingly frantic antics.
