Terrible. This is not a corporate store anymore. The salesman lied twice to us before we left including telling us that an offer on the official AT&T website was invalid. Buyer beware...we will NOT be back.
The new staff/management is terrific! I was able to speak to someone in a timely fashion and was actually able to save a few bucks and get some new stuff. HUGE improvement since my last encounter with a person from an AT&T store!
