This is a great place to take your pets. Common sense and courtesy have been the norm every time I've been in. Saturday walk ins are awesome when it's time for booster shots.
We were referred to West Oaks and I am so glad!! Erica and Dr. Cottle were amazing with our dog Fiona, who was having very scary stomach issues. They were both very sweet and patient with Fiona and did a great job explaining everything thoroughly. They also did not push anything extra or expensive on me. They let me know extra testing was an option but they did not act like it was something that had to be done right then and there, which I appreciated. Some places nickel and dime you but they don't. I also appreciate that they saw Fiona quickly and also called a couple of days later to check on her. That meant a lot! We will definitely be using them for all routine and urgent visits from now on!!
They take such care of my baby girl when I take her for Day Care, boarding, and doctors visits! They truly care about animals there. They are great! Wouldn't choose anyone else.
West Oaks is always busy (ahem...it’s a good thing) but they also do their best to get your pets seen as soon as possible. The vets are great about laying out all your options with your price range and lifestyle in mind. We have hunting dogs, yard dogs, and house dogs that we’ve brought in. I’ve not ever been disappointed.
Our newest little fur baby, Shadow the kitten had a injury to his paw.... this is our first trip to the vet for our little guy. After several calls to other vets west oaks got us in within the hour..... thank you so very much for looking out for our little baby boy
