This is a wonderful veterinary practice. Dr. Cyphers is very caring and great with my pets (2 dogs and a cat). She takes time to examine them for any new problems and is proactive about helping me stay on track with the appropriate care for all of them. My little dog is somewhat fearful and she handles him beautifully. She has a calming manner and my animals do not exhibit the stress they have felt at other vets. Maybe the best vet we’ve ever been to! I have a mutt that is always really nervous at the vet and when Dr. Cyphers came in on our first visit she could tell. She sat down in the floor with her, spoke really softly and just pet her for a few minutes before doing any else. That few minutes of gaining her trust before poking and prodding made all the difference.
We have taken our dog there several times since we got him at 6 weeks old. They have been more than helpful and our puppy is now 9 months old and very healthy! We also have an outdoor cat that has had several issues and an injury. They have always been quick to get us in and helpful to work around our busy schedules. We love the staff and would recommend this place to anyone! They are also very affordable and let us come in for nail trims and weighing our pets anytime!
