My first time in, i knew my dog was very sick. We ended up putting him down... they gave me an emergency appointment, all the time i needed on both ends of the procedure. They were so kind and compassionate. I will be a client with my other animals

I went here to drop off my friend's dogs as a favor. As I was leaving, literally backing up and about to drive off, one of the staff, not the one at the front desk, walked up to my driver's side window. She gave me a dead eye stare as I rolled down my window to see what she wanted. I asked if there's something I could help her with, and she immediately started harassing me. She was claiming I didn't belong here, that this was her driveway, and that I needed to leave now. I said I was leaving until you stopped me, then she mumbled something then went back inside the building. I felt threatened the whole time and to this day I can't figure out what her deal was. Needless to say, I never went back, and I can safely say I would never do business with them.
The staff here are amazing. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The veterinarians are compassionate.
We rescued our little Blanche about a week ago and she needed some care so we brought her to best friends yesterday. The staff was so friendly and made her feel so comfortable. I felt so much relief when we left. They called this morning just to check on her and I think that was so caring and considerate. I would recommend this veterinary to anyone.
