Went there two months ago and washed my dog in their tub. I ask what it would cost to have the dogs nails clipped and teeth brushed and ears cleaned. The nice lady said that every thing that I had mentioned including the bath would have been 40 something. I promised to come back and get the works next time......Well I went back and got the works and they mentioned the 40 something price. When I returned for the pooch it was 70 something. I was in a hurry, had family waiting on me in the car and figured it was a freak mistake and I'd deal with it later. Time passed and went back today. Called ahead and questioned the last experienced. She gave me three amounts and again I heard 40 something, maybe 45 or 49......at any rate I made an appointment and showed up promptly. when I returned for the dog the bill was 70 something again. Lord God in heaven !!!!!! got to the check out and the hidden amounts was matting fee??, brush out fee? and something else. ALWAYS REMEMBER IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO THERE TO ASK ABOUT THE HIDDEN COST. i PERSONALLY WON'T BE BACK AND WILL CONTINUE TO TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS. i URGE YOU TO TELL YOUR FRIENDS AS WELL.. BACK TO MY ORIGINAL GROOMER !! SOUNDS LIKE OR CELL PHONE COMPANY UP IN HERE !!!
We stopped in to use the self service dog wash. It's nice that they offer this, however, they are not well equipped or friendly when choosing this option.
This location, or it may be all locstions, don't know how to properly house their reptiles. Bearded dragons require a hot side and a cool side. Juvenile bearded dragons require an upward of 110 degrees from a basking light. There is no basking light and the whole tank is 80 degrees, so they cannot properly digest their food.
Terrible staff. Seem to make up their own policies. Corporate wouldn't even back up this stores policy!
