I received a coupon for 50% off through work. I ordered a pizza on-line and applied the coupon, but it didn't seem to work since the clerk gave me the incorrect total. After physically presenting the coupon with the promo code, the clerk reused to apply the discount.
Absolutely wonderful! Got two pizza's delivered they arrived five minutes early and both pies were still extremely HOT! Thanks Papa John's.
Needless to say I took my money elsewhere and will not be returning until Papa John's resolves their issues with on-line ordering and improves their customer service in general.
Every time my company has ordered through this PapaJohns We have had nothing but hassle. On this last Saturday we had bad rain storms and flooding, I ordered a pizza online, and waited 2 hours with no call no cancellation on the online order or anything. When I called a man on the phone stated the order was ready and that they could have someone be sent out with it. I asked to speak with the manager so I could possibly receive a discount of some sort for my wait. When the manager was passed the phone I explained the situation and he very rudely stated " I have 107 orders on my board there is no way I could call all of them to cancel!" They have already charged my card. It's already the 3rd business day since this insident and still no reimbursement. I will never EVER order from Papa John's again. I have never had this much trouble with any pizza place before in my life. The manager at this particular Papa John's is very unprofessional.
I got the $10 pan specialty pizza deal and some monkey bread! The crust was actually delicious and service was friendly! Delivered good time too. Thanks !
