One of the worst dining experiences we've had. We tried this place out for the first time on Friday evening and the restaurant was about half full.
Service was slow. Beers and cider were warm. At first we thought it was the slow service that caused the warm drinks, but the second round came faster (because they felt bad about how long the food took) and it was warm too. It took 45 minutes from the time of order for part of our food to arrive, another 10 minutes until everything was served (lukewarm), and took nearly 30 minutes before our order was even taken. The server didn't know what the seasonal beers were, if they offered a gluten free crust, and when my fiance ordered his appetizer the server asked "what size" not realizing it wasn't a pizza. One pizza had been taken to the wrong table and a slice had been eaten, so they made a new one, which didn't arrive until we were ready to leave, so the only option was for our party to eat the pizza that had been at another table. Other tables around us had problems with their orders as well. A few hours later, my fiance was violently sick to his stomach and that continued for 24 hours. The flavor of the food was alright, some of it good, but not worth the horrible experience we had. I've worked in the service industry for a long time, so I understand that sometimes restaurants can have a bad night, but there appeared to be problems with both the front and back of house that need to be addressed, and the server just really seemed to not care.
Had a great dining experience, mostly because my server, whom I believe his name was Jared, was top-notch and provided a fun experience. Great pizza!
We enjoyed our meals. We opted for pasta instead of pizza. My daughter had chicken with penne with the pink sauce. Loved it. Husband had Fettuccine with the spicy Alfredo with chicken. He really enjoyed. I opted for stuffed mushrooms and a Chicken Caesar salad. It was parents weekend so it very busy, but service was good and food was great.
I really hate to post this, as I have really like this place in the past. We sat here for an hour waiting on our food as the family that was here before us with two small children under five years old had to get up and leave because they did not receive the food. It is 21° outside and I just feel terrible for that family. They were never offered drinks or any compensation. We were serve beer that was watm and it took about an hour and a half to get our food meanwhile no one ask if we needed anything salad was brought with hardly any dressing and the story goes on. Just wanted to owner to see this and I mostly wrote it because of the family before u

My husband and I ate here today and the food was great and the service was awesome! There was only one server working but he rocked it out and did an awesome job! Definitely recommend this place!
