The manager I believe her name is Ashley, I could be wrong but once I've applied at that location she specifically told she'll contact me on Monday for an interview. The general manager was there but he decided to let her make the decision. I never recieved a call so I came Wednesday to check on the status of my application and she replied "I'm not taking anyone" and giggled. Obviously I'm in need of a job and she finds it cute to waste my time. I felt it was discriminative of her. It's bad for business and I definitely won't be eating here again.
You get what you expect from a sub place - but they have the fancy drink machine, which I really like. So it is usually my place to go when I want a sandwich. The service here in this location is usually very good. Good chili as well.
The interior cleanliness was not what I wanted. The tables were separated into large tables and a few small ones which made it really weird. It was a little dirty for a place so open and the service was okay. The employees seemed like they were greeting guests because they had to. You could definitely tell the difference between the ones that were happy and they ones just there to work. They forgot some of my meal times which happens. They do have a lot of really cool food and drink options though.
Really great sandwiches, awesome employees, nice location. Always been happy with Firehouse Subs, this one has only increased my beliefs.
My sub was exactly how I ordered it! It was very busy, but our food was brought out quickly and each group that came in was greeted even though all the workers were busy.
