I seldom take the time to write reviews but August and Karrie were simply outstanding so I MUST write a review! August did an outstanding job helping us determine which mattress was best for our needs while staying within our budget. He was very kind and knowledgeable and NOT pushy!! Karrie took care of our two toddlers for over 1 hr, so we could really shop in peace! She was patient, caring and very knowledgable as well! The other three stores we visited did not even compare to the level of service and care for their customers. Needless to say we had a wonderful experience and we were able to support a local business! Two thumbs up all the way!
I went to the Fayetteville store where I was greeted by the store Manager, Justin K. He was very friendly & very knowledgeable on all the different types of mattresses & made it easy for me to make my decision. My new forever balance mattress with the M-510 adjustable base was delivered last Thur. & so far I love it! I also wanted to give a shout out to the guys who delivered my new bed, they were very professional & quick with the set up.
Excellent salesmanship and customer service. Truly Knowledgeable about their products and took the time to find exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and attentive staff at this location. We worked with the manager and he was so helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to buy right then like you might at other places. Overall, great shopping experience.
