The rooms and customer service is great. Definitely would stay again.
Very comfortable accommodations, great staff, perfect location. Has an indoor pool (somewhat small, but gets the job done), and a hot tub, which was out of order during our visit. Only complaint was that the pool area didn't have any clean towels, but the front desk got us a few without any trouble. Our room had a king bed and pullout sofa (twin) and still had plenty of room to move around. Bathroom was spacious. Lots of kids/teenagers on our floor, but we never heard a sound from our room.
Rooms were clean. Front desk staff seemed to need some additional training. Lack of parking.
Bistro downstairs has food and drinks, but is on the expensive side for what you're getting. Luckily the hotel is just a few steps from several restaurants, and within a couple minute drive of countless others. Very close to a Target as well, if you need anything.
They provided great food and good space for our training event. The staff are always helpful and polite. The room was clean and prepped for us. I would definitely use them again
Overall, it was a great trip, and we would definitely stay here again!
The hotel rooms were nice. However when we checked in there was a wait as housekeeping hadn't gotten to cleaning our room. It was 5pm the day we were supposed to be there and our room wasn't ready. Didn't make much sense. The hotel wasn't busy at all so I feel like there was something else going on.
