We were there for a wedding party. Guests were on edge because of accidents slowing down traffic on on the highway, the caterer was late and a storm knocked the power out. The hotel staff was wonderful about getting us flashlights and anything else we needed to make he best of the night. It ended up being one of the most intimate and fun wedding events most of us and ever been to. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to deal with circumstances out of their control.
The customer service from the hotel was not as great regarding the meeting rooms. They did not vacuum or come into the room to clear out used plates, drinks and cutlery. Also we had to ask the front desk to empty the ONE small waste basket we were fortunate to have in our meeting room. I was very disappointed and will not schedule another event at this location.
Very pleasant greeting at the desk for check-in. Room was great. The bar/restaurant staff was pleasant and accomodating. Definitely returning.
When I got to the hotel, it was late, I was tired, there was four of us, and we had only booked a king room. Jenn at the front desk went above and beyond for us, she upgraded our room, which included an additional bed so all of us could fit. I was not expecting to be upgraded to a larger room, I had all the plans to just cuddle up with my guests and she did just what I didn't expect from her at all. The hotel was my way to get a few hours of sleep before I had to travel all the way back to Florida. I slept like a baby for those brief hours and I can thank Jenn for that. Thank you for your hospitality, you have no idea how awesome it was to experience an upgrade when I had no expectations of getting one. Thank you thank you thank you, I will definitely be visiting you again in the future!
This is a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with our wedding. The place is extremely clean and has everything needed to make your stay exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a wedding or any other event. This place was perfect for us and the staff is so friendly. Thank you to Amanda and the entire hotel staff. I will never forget my stay here, Thank you, thank you, thank you.
