Came here in the afternoon, took a ticket and waited maybe 40 minutes before being seen. The counter people were nice and I had no problem registering my vehicles. I think the people who have a rough time are the ones in a rush. The counter people know you're trying to get to work. They know you'd rather be anywhere else. They're good attitude only lasts until someone with a bad attitude comes in and ruins it for everyone.
Slow and hateful. It is upsetting that government offices don't have to care about customer service. Been here 2 hours now. I am starting to forget what a loving face looks like.
Got here at 6:50am, 11 people already waiting. This place is always busy and understaffed. Prepare to be here 1-2 hours no matter when you get here. The only thing good about this place is the assessor and collector have a booth so you can do everything in one place.
Absolutely no other building in the world can match the sheer atrociousness found within these God forsaken walls. No other government building or office I have been in in my whole life, state or federal, can compare to the misery of waiting over an hour for unspeakably rude service.
There are 100 people trying to come early to get to work and they have 2 people working..ima be here all day. Ps in 45 min they moved 1 number. Cant avoid it tho. Hate u state of arkansas.
