I moved out of and cleaned my apartment across the street from the square after fullfilling the 6 month lease and i gave my 30 day written notice and STILL they managed to say i owed $300 (on TOP of my $150 deposit ) for "cleaning fees"...I was absolutely in shock, not only was it cleaned when I moved out but there was NO damage anywhere, if anything a thin layer of paint would have done the job. I was immensely disappointed! Never again will I stoop to jumping through hoops to have a tiny bit of help with rent.
