Yesterday I was on hold for 1 hour and 30 min and today I have been on hold for almost hour. They made a mistake and put $36,000 as my monthly income instead of yearly. This made my daughter not qualify for AR Kids B. I found out when I contacted Access Arkansas. Now I have to talk to my case worker to fix it. I may be approved immediately or be put back in the loop for another 45 days!
I've on the phone for 40 minutes with one caller ahead of me, but all together on the phone for almost 3 hours trying to get a matter ressolved. Everytime I go to their office I have to stay there for an hour cause the lines are ridiculous! Their workers a rude. I absolutely hate this office! I've waited on the phone so long other times, I've gotten hung up on.
Some one has given my address as their case address an now dhs is herrasing me coming to my home 3times a month even tho I don't know the person they are looking for.
I JUST GOT HUNG UP ON!!!!!! I WORK FULL TIME MON-FRI 8AM - 5PM. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME FOR THIS!!!
Just waited on the phone for over an hour on hold. A lady finally answered and told me she couldn't hear me very well and then "accidentally" hung up on me. I called back and there were another 5 calls ahead of me....you're better off writing a letter to them and waiting for them to send it back than calling them. I'd rather be waterboarded than call this place. This is the scum of the earth. I feel so badly for anyone who works there.
There needs to be a better call screening system. When i called at 3:30pm today there were 14 calls ahead of me by 4:22pm there was one call ahead of me, I never made it through because they stop answering the phones at 4:30pm even though there are people who have been holding for hours. It's ridiculous. Benton county has just as many caseloads with high volume and still maintain a quick phone screening.
