Dr. Smith is a great doctor, kind and efficient. However, I am overall highly disappointed with the administrative side of the office. It is literally impossible to get a nurse on the phone, and if you leave a message they don’t actually listen to your message, they just call you back a day later and good luck actually getting ahold of them again if you miss the call (which is likely to happen since they only call during work hours) When I FINALLY got ahold of them to fill a prescription, they filled the wrong prescription. God forbid anyone ever has anything seriously wrong with them and tries to contact this office for anything. Please invest in some administrative staff that can meet the needs of your patients over the phone.
When I went in both ladies were cold and didn't even ask how I was feeling, or ask to put me on a different birth control. They came in and took it out and left. I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Scott, or Nurse Teagen. Please read reviews before coming here.
When I called to express my level of pain and discomfort her Nurse, Teagen, displayed the worst case of professionalism I have ever seen. She tried to act like I was dumb and did not know my body. She then proceeded to argue with me, and then lied saying the doctor was out of the office. It wasn't until I got upset that she scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have it romoved.
On placement day, she did not inform me how extremely painful it was going to be. I ended up screaming because the pain was so intense, and she didn't come back to check on me or recommend anything.
Dr.Markell has always made me comfortable at each visit and taken time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. She has great bedside manner. The Her Health staff have always treated me well, however, very rarely am I seen on time or in and out for an appointment. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I receive that this office.
I went to this office after being referred by my primary care physician to discuss birth control methods. I met with Dr. Scott and discussed options, and we settled with the IUD. I was very unsure of this choice, but she indirectly pushed me in its direction.
The woman answering the phone when I need to schedule an appointment is extremely rude. Her condescending attitude is enough to make me take my very good insurance and my hard earned money elsewhere. If there was an option for zero stars, that would be the rating I would give. When we are in pain or looking for help from a doctor, the last thing anyone needs is some rude B word treating people like they are a piece of trash. Because that is EXACTLY the way she has made me feel both times I called to make appointments. As a direct result of her attitude I'll go somewhere else from now on, and I will be telling all my friends and acquaintances about the experience I have had with her so they can avoid the same treatment. My advice to anyone is to go somewhere that you will be treated with respect and dignity, where you know that you will actually be welcome and taken care. Doctors might be nice but with an office woman like that, it's just not worth it to be made to feel so bad.
Dr. Collins is great. Office staff horrible. I called 3 months in advance to make an appointment, and they said they had no record of me calling in. That was the last straw, as they were rude to me before. On a good note, they shoved me off on the Springdale clinic. Springdale receptionist is sweet like my mother! STAY AWAY FROM THE FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION!!!!!!!!
