Great prices, wonderful salesperson, good DM but awful delivery service, customer support, and store managers. Still waiting for a catnapper couch that is not damaged over 2 months later. Ridiculous, save your stress level and dont do business with them.
I purchased over $10K of furniture in cash on 2/25/17 and as of today, 4/5/17 I only have 1/2 of my furniture. I've had to call repeatedly only to be treated so rudely by my sales person Eric and his managers and staff. NEVER SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE DIRT. AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU'll have to chase them down and literally threaten them to get the furniture you've paid for. RIPOFF. TOTAL SCAM! Don't walk away.....RUN. I WISH I HAD!
I bought a couch and ever since had nothing but problems with it. They said it isn't their fault itspoor quality and they called me a lier and threatened to have me prosecuted if I brought it back n dropped it off but yet they can't come out n fix it and they can't pick it up damaged even though it came into my home damaged. I have had 2 cushions replaced and now it's coming apart at the seams in 2 places and I still have the original snag. I have never been more unsatisfied with the staff and a piece of furniture in my life. I will never go back.
Comfortable atmosphere, not too pushy staff, quality products
They dont back up what they sale be very careful when they sell you anything my chairs peal and they dont care at all after they get your money when you call to talk to them about it they arent very nice
