The staff is knowledgeable about everything in the store, it does not matter who you get, you are getting the royal treatment!
Outstanding customer service, professional staff, just a great place to do business with. The television that I was leasing started having problems; "No problem" I was told, they gave me a loaner TV while they sent mine to get fixed. The loaner stopped working, "No problem" I was told, they gave me a second loaner. this happened one more time, but they never blinked an eye about helping me out
Suppose to have a PS4 delivered today but they nevered showed up so my mom called them and they said they are still waiting on springdale Aarons and they would be on there way but not once did they call an let us know that they wasnt coming or anything so sorry to say that this was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Expensive. Not a lot of brands to choose from.
