To Celebrate Customer Service Week, ordered 2-$75 (pic 1) arrangements with "From You Flowers" + paid extra for same day Mon. delivery. It was a disaster. Order was brokered to Showcase Florist. 1 delivered Mon & it was gorgeous. Lost my 2nd order. Called Tues & they said they'd make it up...pic 2 is what they sent. It was the ugliest flower arrangement I'd ever seen in a cheap plastic vase with an ugly orange ribbon. I was completely embarrassed by the outcome & will not trust my money with either affiliations moving forward. Extremely poor customer service, recorded messages from a 3rd party answering service, no direct contact from Showcase. On FRIDAY they offered to come exchange it on Monday...surprise they were a no show. Don't waste your money.
They are very rude with their customers and they also never have what you order. If they do not have what you ordered, they send flowers they “claim” look like the flowers you ordered. My best advice would be not to use this company.
i ordered flowers for my daughters birthday that only comes once a year. They were never delivered. called the next morning to find they were 'lost in a computer cliche' and was first on the list to be delivered. 5 hours later: STILL NOT DELIVERED. She works 3 miles away. Her birthday has come and gone with nothing to show from her mother and she is now leaving work. very disappointed and disgusted.
Showcase florist called me and asked me if I could be home the following day, because they're just so swamped they can't deliver the 12 roses. So I said sure no problem. My family member called them back to see when the flowers were going to be delivered. The showcase florist said that I was unaware of the situation!!!
They even asked for the old bouquet back. Maybe because they recycle the greenery for other orders... very unprofessional.
Absolutely horrible experience. If I owned a florist shop, I would make sure to get fresh flowers that rotate in and out all the time.
My experience was HORRIBLE to say the least. I called my order in around 11am and they told me they would deliver the flowers by 1pm. The delivery location was directly across the street from them. I had to call them back because at 3:30pm my mom still had no flowers. When they finally arrived, she sent me a picture of them and I was furious. They looked NOTHING like what I ordered and were in a much smaller vase as well. I was very upset and called them to let them know but stayed extremely polite on the phone. Not once did the lady apologize for anything, offer me a new bouquet or my money back. Not a single thing. I had her give me their email address so I could write them and send them pictures of what I ordered and what I instead received. I never got a reply like they promised and I never got a call like they promised. This company has NO customer service skills what so ever and they simply just do NOT care at all. I wouldn't be sad if they ended up going out of business to be honest!
1. I was sent flowers from a family member out of state, the flowers were sent to me two days before my birthday. They were supposed to be delivered on my birthday. When I called the family member to tell them thank you, I showed them to her, and she said that is not at all what she ordered and paid for. She paid for a dozen roses and they only delivered six roses. So my family member called them back and asked to fix them. They said that they would deliver the correct flowers the following day.
The flowers did not get delivered. So my family member call back to ask why they didn't get delivered. And the florist from the Showcase florist explain to my family member that I got them and I even sign for them!! Which was an absolute lie, so my family member called him back and asked to deliver the correct bouquet.
