The lady who helped me on the phone was very knowledgeable about their products and even helped coordinate what I had in mind with a running special so I got free delivery. The product itself was fresh and delicious and somehow managed to look exactly like the online offerings. That has NEVER happened when I've sent flowers!
Great gift idea! My order was made the same day and delivered promptly. I had a coupon code (ordering online) for free shipping which didn't go through. The customer service rep was super friendly and helpful, correcting the mistake with no problem. The arrangements are a little bit expensive, but hey, so are flowers, right?
This place has very nice fruit arrangements. The price is definitely on the high side. For the more frugal, I would recommend the "Edible to go" selection from 2-4pm at "Happy hour."
