Do not recommend requesting service from the Fayetteville Sam's Tire & Battery Center. Not only did the main call desk keep me on hold and then proceed to hang up on me after answering, but the Tire & Battery Center also kept me on hold for 12-15 minutes and when they finally got back to me they had incorrect information/another member's information. Other than getting two tires replaced, there was no other immediate issue. When I went to get my car, there was orange rusty liquid leaking from beneath the radiator. This had never happened in the 6-7 years that I've had this car. They claim to not have worked under the hood, but there was something done by them that caused part of the car to begin leaking. Not a trusted service and does not properly take care of their customers.
Not a bad location. Decent selection, with helpful employees. If you ever have any problems or questions they are quick to help.
I wasn't happy with Sam's club, or myself, for that matter. I bought a printer that was $85, but had $35 off at the register. Which would make it $50. So, I decided to get it. I was tied, but wondered why my bill came out to be so much higher than I had added it up to be. When I got home, I looked at the recipe, I noticed that I was charged over $152! Needless to say... I will be taking it back, tomorrow.
After shopping we stopped at their Cafe area to buy drinks and pretzels. Out of the 4 kiosks to order only 1 worked, and it referred us to the counter to pay. After a 20 minute wait we received our cups and food. The pretzels were dry and crispy. We waited 20 minutes for that.
Liquor store has unbeatable value and even some great organic wines to. How can you beat a $7 bottle 100% organic wine. Shop here only if you want fantastic value. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great store.
