Staff is very friendly and professional. They are very good at answering the phone and returning calls, which can not be said for my previous doctor. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr. Miller always treated my elderly in-laws with dignity and respect, while chasing down every problem they had, asking questions to clarify, and ordering lab tests only when necessary. The staff also were helpful and scheduled and received us professionally.
I had a wellness check to make sure I was healthy enough for weight loss pills and it all checked out. So a couple months later I called to ask for a copy of my paper work to show my insurance that I did have a wellness check the receptionist who I had to ask for her name because she was hideously rude and she told me her name was Shelby who told me that it wasent a wellness check even though she wasent my doctor then she said that I would have to schedule another wellness check up which would cost me another $100 and she wouldn’t even let me talk to the doctor. She was very rude not helpful at all had a terrible additude and was just trying to get money out of me. I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone to go there. I still need a refill for month 3 of my weight loss pills but I would rather take my business else I refuse to go back to have to deal with such a hateful person. When I called the first time she said the doctor would call me back because he was busy with other patients (with an additude) and he never did. I’m pretty sure she didn’t even bother telling him. so I waited a couple hours then called back the second time. She told me he was still busy with patients and that he would call me when he could. I’m calling five minutes until closing and I’m telling her this so she gets mad at me now because I’ve caught her in her own lies. Then she changed her story yet again and she says you know what he won’t speak to you now unless you make an appt to see him. So she never told the doctor that I called to speak with him and if she did she told him something completely different because all I had was a simple question to ask my doctor in privacy but she wouldn’t let me and kept harassing me to just tell her what I needed umm no it’s call hippa and it’s none of your business. On top of it all she’s making the doctor look like a bad person. She lied and she’s still trying to get money out of me and she wouldn’t give me my medical records when I asked for them which is my legal right to request and have which is illegal for her to refuse me my records. And all I needed was a piece paper saying I had a wellness check. Someone like that should not be working at a doctors office I would hate to be a sick person and have to deal with such an ugly hateful person.
Clinic saw me several hours after making an appointment and Dr. Miller was very professional and informative. Staff was very nice, helpful and provided a clean and welcoming environment. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a local clinic. Thanks guys!
I have been going to this clinic for several years now. All the doctors, nurses and help are very friendly and professional. Recently Dr. Payne has joined the practice. I enjoy my visits with him very much as he not only listens to me he also treats me like and individual. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
