My experience with this place and the receptionist was amazing.. and by that I mean amazingly terrible. While returning a missed call and trying to book an appointment I was asked "do you have time to book your appointment?". Typically when I call to book an appointment.. that's exactly what I'm doing. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. I'm not sure what they're teaching receptionists these days... but I was told to "stop arguing" and abruptly hung up on. It's amazing to me the lack of professionalism in the year 2017 and how rude these people are allowed to be. Really professional. Also, after leaving numerous messages to report this receptionist I have not recieved any phone calls. Hard pass.
Caught a potential problem very quickly with immediate test to follow, same day. Takes time to discuss results; makes himself available with any questions after office visit. Overall, great experience. Dr Norys
If i could give negative stars, I would. I had an 830 appointment, and at almost 9, i am still in the waiting room. When i am taken back, another 30 minutes go by, and i hear all this talking and laughing in the office outside. I stuck my head out to ask when the doctor was coming because my appointment was an hour ago. The man said "why, do you have some place you need to be?" And it was the doctor i was scheduled to see. He looked over my blood work, but wouldn't discuss it with me. Left the room, grabbed some medicine, basically threw it at me, said "now you can go back to work" and left the room. On top of it, I was billed an ungodly amount from the lab that you would think because it is attached to the center would be covered under my insurance. And it wasn't. I am paying $250 out of pocket to people who just don't get a care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
This is the most disorganized facility I have ever had to deal with. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing, so procedures are missed, nobody actually tells you everything you need or want to know. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing! The desk can be just as bad
The GI office is filled with the most amazing, caring people. Dr. Moore truly cares about his patients. I have received test results from Dr. Moore late Friday afternoon (more than once), after clinic hours, and once while he was on a beach vacation. I drive 1 1/2 hours to see him and his staff. Amy, his nurse is ALWAYS available to talk to if there is a problem. There us usually no waiting for a return phone call. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic and staff.
