I went for my 6 week post op visit with Dr Hanby this afternoon. Doubt I even waited 2 min in the waiting area before they called me back. They took new x-rays and got me to an exam room. Dr Hanby was in quickly, checked the incision and my level of movement, shared his favorite 3 exercises for knee recovery, and answered all my questions. Front desk scheduled me for check-up #2 in three months. All done and back to the car in about 15 minutes. Everything very efficient and professional.
I haven't had surgery yet but the gal in medical equipment there deserves her own terrible review for trying to convince me I could go up the narrow flight of stairs at my house after hip replacement surgery using a walker. The stairs are way too narrow. I asked for crutches for going up stairs. You 'd think I was asking for her first born. Zero empathy. I was told there's lots of bad situations. Get over it.
Medically they better be good because customer service is not exceptional. Also, check the county and state you live in before you force MSNBC down the people in the waiting rooms throat. Yes, they were asked to change it and said they could not. Typical liberal move, force it down, force it down. You can have your views as a company but know your clients. There will be more to come if the medical isn't exceptional.
Terrible experience. I get here to the appointment I had made yesterday evening around 5 to have my arm that was cut with a chainsaw further examined. They scheduled my appointment 3 hours earlier than I even called. Then when they realized they had messed up I sat in waiting room for 2 hours longer. These people aren't in a hurry about anything
Dr. Johnson was wonderful with my four year old daughter! Very good bedside manor and very thorough. The front staff, nurses and techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked us in quickly and I would recommend them to anyone!
