Absolutely the WORST front office staff I have ever encountered. The girls were incredibly rude, wouldn't greet you, refused to talk, and acted totally put out that you walked in the office. The doctors, nurses, and MAs are good, but the front office needs a change...quickly.
My husband had two knee replacements, and we are quite pleased with the results. The doctor was excellent as well as his clinic staff and the hospital staff. We would definitely use Dr. Arnold again if the need arises. Woo pig.
