The employees are very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an awesome cashier who noticed that I was buying a copy of Turtles All The Way Down and found a signed copy for me!!

Friendly staff who are willing to go above an beyond. I was looking for an instruction booklet for a computer program. First they pointed me in the right direction. After some time an employee noticed I was still looking to which right away decided to assist me in locating my book! We ended up having no luck so we tried looking at other stores in our area. We ended up ordering the book from a near by B & N. They provided a fluid assistence and very customer service oriented experience.
