My husband and I have used Judy with Destinations for two trips already and have had nothing but great experiences. She planned our honeymoon to Dominican Republic and a summer cruise. Several pricing options were given, itineraries sent, the works. She took care of us! We will use Destinations and Judy again!
This place is shady the business is behind locked doors they say hours of operation are until 5pm no one answers the phone or answers a door. How do you operate a business this way? At the very least have a receptionist good lord will never really travel here again for nothing
My wife and I used this agency for our honeymoon in fall 2012. They did the job, but were awful at communication. We're looking at booking another vacation for Fall 2014, so we thought we'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. LOL. We've dealt with two different "agents" and both of them have been terrible and responding to emails and providing us with information. At a minimum, at least have the courtesy to say "we're really busy and might be a little slow"! I will make sure that no one I know uses them.
