I cannot thank Maliah enough she was so helpful and caring about our trip. It is so hard to get a group to agree on a place to go. She went out of her way to make everyone happy and you really can tell she cares about our trip. From the Moore family we thank You .

Jill was great while I was in the process of looking for and booking my vacation. She was very good at helping me find what I was looking for. However, once I made my down payment, I tried contacting her by phone and email 3 times with questions and she never responded. I even had a friend that wanted to book the same vacation. After no response, he booked thru another travel agency. Looks like the good customer service in the beginning was all about the money. Next time I will use another travel agency. Just hope I don't have any problems between now and my vacation.

They currently have $1000 of our last year's nightmare vacation held in 'vouchers' and I was ready to book a vacation and use them. When they found out I was going to use these vouchers they didn't get back to me till after 5pm and the "offer was booked full... But here is super cheap resort you could stay at for the same price as the nice one we offered!' Also, many of the positive reviews are from employees or fake profiles.

When you call they sound so nice and up beat, but don't let that fool you. They are trained to bait and switch, offer you things that don't exist, and if there is an issue, they assure you they are doing everything to fix it and do nothing.
