1 * cannot rate enough about the horrible things I went through. They should have a zero star or a negative star. Customer service was horrible. I felt like I got treated worse than an Arab at the airport! No offense the Arabs.
Recently purchased a new home and made the mistake of getting McNaughton involved. This company is only interested in the closing and their commission check. No thank you, no welcome home, no looking out for the client, nothing. NWA seems a great area with really nice folks but buyers beware of McNaughton. They are out to help themselves.
VERY poor exsperience. Worst personal engaugment of any company in the NWA area. This company provied a terrible experience and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I would give 0 starts if google allowed it.
