John was our buyer's agent for a house we bought in Fayetteville in 2012 for our college age son last August. My wife and I live in Little Rock and Mr. Hagberg worked with our son in finding the house, he helped us negotiate with the sellers, and because we needed to close before school started at the U of A, he stayed after bank and title company every day to get it done in time. We came to refer to Mr. Hagberg as Uncle John
The property had been foreclosed on and was bank owned.
We bought a home through John and he took all of his time and all of his attention and gave it to us. He really focused on us throughout the process.
John has been absolutely wonderful, assisting my partner and I finding a home to call our own. He helped us choose houses that caught our interest, gave honest opinions on the houses themselves, and helped us find the perfect home. We're currently working on closing on the house (the process has been unbelievably fast with his help!) And we feel very comfortable with our decisions and the steps we have taken. He is absolutely wonderful, loves what he does, and loves helping people! I highly reccomend him to anyone looking for help in the buying process!
We are now looking for property in the Fayetteville area to retire to and have asked John to help us again.
Overall we had a really good experience with John. We took a while but he was very patient with us and we eventually found the house we wanted and he really helped us with that.
When John called one morning in 2016 to tell me that a 3.5 acres we had on our list was reduced in price, we moved quickly. John was prepared. We had an offer and acceptance in a week and closed before the end of the month.
