Clean and friendly place to buy gently used baby/children's items. Only eating a four because many items were labeled wrong size.. But they get so many clothes I wouldn't expect every single item to be correctly. Just make sure you double check the label on the clothes. Other than that its clean and staff was friendly/helpful and I would still recommend it!
If I could give a neg star I would! I walked in with 2 laundry baskets and a diaper box full. Said it'd be about an hour before mine was done...not a problem. It was a sat so I assumed they'd be busy. I walked around for 30 mins then sat in a rocker right next to the counter for another 45mins. There were 3 workers and I saw MAYBE a total of 3 customers the whole time I was there. After an hour and 20mins one worker finally asks my name then proceeds to tell me "oh yea we looked through that earlier, we didn't take anything". My poor rating is not because they didn't take anything. My poor rating is for the horrible customer service! During the time I sat right next to the counter, the workers stood and talked about Christmas parties and the word bougie... my items weren't even touched. I bet money they didn't even look through them because they were perfectly folded as I had done before coming in. I will stick to the Rogers location!
My review is in regards to selling. The first time, the man didn't explain the process other than to say they would call me. As it was particularly busy when I dropped off, I didn't think anything of it when he didn't call that day. Evidently, they donate your items if you leave them over 24 hours. That would have been nice to know. The person I talked to was apologetic. So, I decided to try it again. It was still a disappointment considering their price points in store, They didn't even offer a dollar an item on the clothing they wanted to purchase.
Great place for kids clothing and accessories, from shoes to clothing, toys, books, carriers and miscellaneous trinkets. They also buy everything for cash or credit. The help is great mostly ladies working the counter and will assist with what you need. If this help give me a thumbs up
Great clothing, toy, and baby gear options. The prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly. The store is well organized and clean. Because the goods are second hand, I try to only buy items that are in excellent condition
