I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this store. I found a skirt that I loved, but the size was way off, so I asked an employee to help me find a smaller size. She walked around the entire place and looked at every fixture (I had already done that myself), and then informed me that it wasn't available. Frustrated, I asked if she could check the nearest store or simply see if or when more would arrive. She walked me to the register and found that a whole size-run including my own was somewhere in the store. She suggested that I come back the next day when all the shipment was supposed to be processed. So, I did. I came back every day for seven days straight. Finally, today, I asked whether I could speak to a manager. It shouldn't take a week to open a box. I explained my situation to her and she said there was nothing she could do. I offered my phone number so that I could be contacted whenever the box would (someday? hopefully?) be opened. She refused, and asked that I come back again and check next time. When speaking to her, I originally had a few items that I was considering buying, but afterwards, I simply put the pile down on a table and left the store. I don't think I will be able to buy from this store for a very long time if ever again. The employees are all teenagers who don't familiarize themselves with the store they work at and none appear to have any experience when it comes to customer service. And, even though five employees can stand behind the registers with nothing to do, none of them can run to the back and open a box for a frequent customer.
Needs plus sizes
Great selection of clothes, but the employees were clueless the first time I went in there, and totally ignored me the second time. They literally just sat around leaning on the counter and didn't say a word to me. Worst customer service ever!
