The car was outstanding. The service was outstanding. But the GPS device I used tried to drive me insane. It kept trying to get my off the highways for side streets. "turn right at the next block." When I didn't, "Turn left at the next block." I think it was trying to take me along scenic back roads that led to dead ends. Overall, it got me where I needed to go, but only because I stayed on the highways.
The staff at the College avenue Enterprise are always warm and welcoming. They usually have my reserved car waiting for me when I arrive and have me on the road as quickly as possible. If you have need of a rental car I highly recommend Enterprise Rent a Car!
Besides a VERY ROUGH Entrance to their parking lot, a nice place with sweet staff, good cars and fair prices. No problem with my insurance company paying for the rental either! I recommend.

Overall my experiences with Enterprise have been good. Occasionally there have been availability issues, but usually I have been able to rent what I needed. I have meant to write about one of your employees at this location. His name is John and he has a strong Irish accent. A couple came in at 5:30 to pick up a car, but were using a debit card and didn't realize that they needed additional proof of identity. They didn't have time to go home and return with the documents before closing. John, who was working with another customer, looked over at the monitor and told them that it was their fault for not informing them, because someone had put down credit instead of debit when they reserved their vehicle. He then volunteered to stay after closing so they could go home and get the needed documents. I don't know how the situation played out, but I was very impressed by his customer-first attitude. He represented Enterprise very well.
