Is this place a freaking joke? They supposedly open at 8:00am, and I have been calling over and over for about an hour to try to talk to someone about how the coupon codes don't work on the website when I try to make a reservation. No wonder it's called "Budget". They can't afford to hire people to pick up a god damned phone.

If you want crapy customer service this is your place. I've rented from three different places this summer for work. Each one different because they all offer different rates. This was the cheapest from what I was given at first, but they slammed me with higher taxes then any of the car rental place I've ever used. They care very little for the people they are offering cars to and the cars as well. If you use a debt card they will do a credit check and it has to be over 650 in order to rent the car if not they will not give you a car. The car they gave me had not had a oil change in a long time, when asked about it they said just take it, it's fine. When ever I had a problem with the car the place would not pick up the phone to help me with it. Life's to short to go through these issues pay more for something better.
