I purchased my vehicle 4 months ago. I just recently had to replace all four of the brakes and rotors which cost me $700. I was taken advantage of by the shop that I took my vehicle to and Car-Mart made up for that even though it was not their fault. The manager there went above and beyond to help make my situation better. I really really appreciate the excellent customer service I have received and will continue to receive. Thank you Car-Mart!
My daughter and I were very impressed with the service we received at this location. Amber, Sales Associate and Shane, Sales Manager were both very professional and knowledgeable. As a former Sales Manager myself, naturally I observe how customers are treated. Everyone at this location was very polite and greeted everyone with a smile, and made them feel special. I have since spoken with Traci, an Assisstant Manager who also was very helpful and professional on the phone. Most of all, my daughter and I couldn't be happier with the Trailblazer we bought. We get good gas mileage and it drives like a dream.
