Had the most amazing experience getting my new car. It was not about them trying to get me to buy something, it was all about helping me find the car I want. Everyone there was super friendly. Shannon has been amazing throughout to help me, and I know I definitely was being tough with some of the things I wanted. But she worked with me throughout and made sure I got my perfect car. Absolutely love my new crosstrack! The eyesight feature is definitely worth it.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Working with Doug was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready to drive off the lot and to make sure I had all the information I needed to make such a big financial decision. We'll be in the market for another pre-owned vehicle in the next few months, and Doug will be our first stop!
This was a great car buying experience. Alex was very helpful with the shopping and the purchase. There was no pressure to buy, just good information about the car. I dislike shopping for cars, but this was as low stress as it gets. They have a time to come back and find out more about the car after you have driven it for a while. Great idea!
