Going on five bikes from this shop, plus a bunch of other gear. Can't beat the service and selection.
I came here to have my cassette switched over to a new rim. When we ran into a problem(due to my error), they assured me it was actually not too problematic and didn't charge me for the service. Also, the service they were providing was 1/4 the price of our other local shop - The Phat Tire Bike Shop, which had a price 4x as much. 5 stars and have earned my business!
Best Bike Shop in NWA! Got my Cervelo S5 here as well as the necessary accessories like my Giro helmet and Sidi shoes. Highly recommended shop.

This is my second bike purchase from The Bike Route. There's a reason for that! The service is unbeatable and the deals are awesome! I'm big on research and went to literally every bike shop in Northwest Arkansas to check out the different brands as well as the people supporting them. I was surprised to learn that several shops don't like to let you test drive their bikes! Instead they want you to rent them for $80 a day! The Bike Route had always offered to let me test drive anything even before I asked. The salespeople and even the owner, Ben, are always willing to take the time to answer all my questions and they offer a free bike fit and tune ups. And they just started carrying Specialized bikes! I just bought the first one they had on the floor. I've already put some miles on it and couldn't be happier!
